I've been an amateur photographer for over 20 years, starting out using film and then moving on to slide. I made the move to digital in 2004 and haven't looked back siance. I now use my trusted Canon 20D. My main photographic subject is landscape so I'm spolit by the beauty and variety avaliable aouund Killarney and Munster. I am a founding member of Killarney Camera Club.

I've always been interested in photography and joined the Killarney Camera Club in November 2009 to learn more
and meet like minded people! Meeting and chatting to other people interested in photography and listening to the
guest speakers is great and I've learned lots. Putting it into action is another thing, but the club
competitions are a great incentive to get out there and try new things and techniques.
I'm mainly interested in landscape photography. I've got a Canon Camera 450D which is my first DSLR.

I'm into photography a about 3 years now since I got my Digital SLR. My preference is landscape photography, but would really like to get into portrait stuff too. Hope you like the little selection I have attached to this page.

I am a very keen photographer who returned to photography five years ago after a long absence. I returned to a world of digital cameras and so many opportunities to try new ideas. I have a passion for landscapes and have tried to develop my own style and vision in this area of photography. I am also keen to try new ways of photography and belong to Killarney Camera Club where I can learn so much from so many talented photographers and our guest speakers. I live in Killarney, Co Kerry and am privileged to live in such a beautiful area that has so many photographic opportunities every day of the year.
